Jack Fleifel
CEO, Janayen Group
Jack Fleifel currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Janayen Group. This role is a non executive role under which he provides consultancy on the business vision, general business direction and identifies international business opportunities.
Throughout his career, Jack has founded many successful organizations including Al Aoun Capital Group, SA - a boutique advisory and investment firm that specializes in seeking financial alternatives for emerging companies in the MENA region.Prior to founding Al-Aoun, Mr Fleifel was Chairman of Evolution Capital Group; a Merchant Bank in South America that was focused on South, Central and North America in which among other transactions took 12 companies public. In addition, he has successfully owned and operated a telecommunications company in Amman partnering with Primus International Communications, 11th largest international company to provide telecommunications alternatives in the region.Mr Fleifel has served as Chairman of an international telecommunications company in the US that had a major footprint in the Hispanic community
Mr Fleifel also co-founded a company calledHPI - a real estate investment organization that has assembled commercial and retail properties held by its partners throughout the continental United States. HPI Management serves as the group's high-level asset and partnership management facilitator. HPI consists of two primary entities - HPI Capital, and HPI Management, with all portfolio assets held in separate, special purpose partnership entities. Mr Fleifel managed the company's operational, property management and leasing functions. He also managed the firm's expansion into build-to-suit development, third party asset management, tenant representation, consulting and brokerage. |

Breff Gorman
Chief Operating Officer
Breff comes to Janayen with over 20 years experience in the MEP Building Services, Facilities Management and Property Development industries. Breff joins Janayen from a General Manager role at Crown House Technologies – one of Europe’s largest MEP and FM companies with an annual turnover world wide of £350m. Managing the GCC region with 2500 employees, Breff has played a large role in the design, development and maintenance of Accommodation facilities housing up to 100,000 people. Having run several and established his own MEP businesses, Breff’s knowledge of the industry is extensive and international, working in both Australasia and the Middle East. In previous roles, Breff has played a crucial part in business development, successfully establishing new business streams, significantly increasing turnover for the business and allowing for organizational growth. |

Jose Alvarez
Chief Financial Officer

Throughout his career, José Alvarez, has founded and developed several companies. For many years and until 1998, Jose held the role of corporate bank manager in one of the leading banks of Spain known as BancoEspañol de Credito, today owned by Banco Santander. In this role, Jose was responsible for banking relationships of key clients in several sectors including utilities and trading. The total funds managed per annum under his direct control were in the range of 100 million euros. In 1998, Jose founded and assumed the role of General Manager for a 10 million euro telecom-products company, selling to the main telecom companies in Spain, Morocco, Singapore and Canada. He then also went on to found a telecom carrier.In 2004 José, through different investment vehicles, founded a real state company with residential projects for 11 millions euros, a sport-club and through another consultancy subsidiary, advised on several projects of alternative energies, with a focus on solar.Throughout all of his endeavours, José has assumed the responsibility for fund raising and closely managing the starting up of the companies.
In 2008, Jose joined Janayen as director of the company. Initially managing the generation of investment, Jose also then assumed the responsibility of monitoring and supervising the functionality of the subsidiary.
It is Jose’s extensive experience in generating investment, the establishment and operation of an entity and his exceptional ability to manage relationships that ensures a comprehensive company structure and solid financial foundation. |

David Graham
Facility Management Director
David is an Engineer and Facilities Management professional with 25 years experience in the construction and maintenance of the built and installed environment for the Healthcare, Defense, Power Generation, Oil and other industries.
David has been responsible for the management of people and finance in a range of roles including: General Management, Contract Management, Consultancy, Project Management, Business Development, Maintenance Management and Design. During the last 10 years in the UAE, David has set up an FM company in Dubai and restructured another.
David’s extensive knowledge of the facilities management industry allows for him to ensure that best practices are constantly implemented based on each individual client requirement. |

Steve Loftus
Country Facilities Manager
Steve Loftus is an MEP manager with 15 years experience in Facilities Management and Construction environments. Steven has been responsible for various facets of MEP construction and facilities management both in Australia and here in the UAE. From installation, onsite management, procurement, MEP design, facility maintenance to FM documentation and methodologies. Steven has also written specifications and provided FM consultancy for Abu Dhabi government departments. Steven has managed teams of up to 120 personnel, managing all budget requirements and overseeing numerous contracts to completion on time and to budget during his career. Steve has a hands on approach to the business and strives to exceptionally fulfill client requirements while also ensuring to create a safe and enjoyable work environment for the people under his authority.

Modar Hannouneh
Sales Manager
Modar joins Janayen with more than 10 years of real estate experience in the Middle East. Managing many teams, Modar has played a large role in implementing innovative management techniques, systems and procedures to enhance business practice, increase productivity and boost revenue. Modar has also designed and implemented the sales strategy for the one of biggest real estate companies in the UAE. Here he was also involved in the recruitment of his sales team as well as managing their training and ensuring their high motivation - resulting in increasing salesrevenue from 58% up to 93%.
Modar was also an award winner in the Excellence in Property Management Certificate Program – MRE 2006. Modar has a talent for building strong business relationships with key decision-makers, other managers and channel partners.

Grant Crow
Development & Cost Planning Manager
Grant has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as a quantity surveyor and cost planner working for both leading professional cost consultant firms and main contractors in New Zealand, Australia and UAE. Grant has spent the majority of his professional career as an estimator and cost planner on large residential, commercial, industrial and hotel projects in Australia and New Zealand.
Grant relocated to Dubai to work on the prestigious Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah in 2006, where he administered contract packages in excess of 250 million dirhams. Grant later became the cost planner for Kerzner
Developments where he was responsible for projects throughout the UAE including estimating and managing design changes on the Atlantis project. Grant has gained significant experience in pre-construction, detailed estimating & tendering as well on-site construction. This varied experience provides him with the all-round capabilities and understanding of the processes and disciplines required to deliver a successful project from conception to completion. |

Breffeny Gorman
Operations Manager, Australasia
Breffeny Gorman has extensive experience in both property and business development. For the past 20 years, Breff was both the founder and Director of a major Australian Development company that has dealt in Residential , Commercial, and Medium to High Rise Building Construction as well as current on-going Land Development. In this role, Breff’s responsibilities have included, Project Direction, Project Management, Land Acquisition and Negotiations, Licenced Builder (1971 – 2011) and Civil Construction, Sales Management, Liaison with State and local authorities and Building Consultancy. Throughout the years, Breff has grown the organization from a Building Construction Company to an extremely successful Property Development Company that has many current on-going Land re-zonings and subdivisions within NSW, Australia. Janayen is privileged to have an individual with such extensive experience in these fields as part of the team.
Additional to his property development career, Breff spent the best part of 40 years setting up and running a successful Construction and Civil Contracting company in NSW, Australia In this discipline, he has completed countless construction projects across the state and also brings this skill set to the table for Janayen. |

Ahmed Muzni

Former Managing Director and CEO of Pelaburan Johor Berhad, a Malaysia Quasi-Government Investment Fund, Muzni has 20 years of diverse experience in numerous disciplines in the capital markets (both equity and debt). From investment analysis, fund and asset management (public funds and private equities), deal structuring to arranging for both conventional and Islamic products and services spanning across Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Middle East.
Muzni is an expert on Shariah compliant capital market products and has structured several Sukuk, real estate and private equity funds. He is conversant in the requirements of establishing funds, partnerships, investment companies and Sukuk vehicles in numerous jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands, Jersey, Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Singapore. |

Louise Corbett
Marketing Director

Louise is a Marketing professional with 7 years of experience in the finance, insurance, construction and technology industries. Louise has been responsible for teams specializing in both acquisition and retention strategies. Spending five years in Australia as a marketing professional for Aussie Home Loans and Insurance Australia Group, Louise then moved to the Middle East to assume a role as Account Director for theAdkitchen. Following this, Louise assumed the role of Marketing Director Janayen.
Louise’s diverse knowledge and passion for all facets of marketing allows for her to ensure a high level of brand recognition and exposure for the Janayen brand while maintaining the highest level of customer service and retention. |
